Heroes, I'm increasingly becoming convinced (at least in the real world), are made...not born. Heroes are the women and men who've created a grand vision, integrity and working ethic to execute duties daily which will take them to the heights of worldly eminence. The heroes are those who frequently see something that hasn't even been birthed yet or no other person can see. They carry out their task with wariness, care, and are always the person they know they can be even if there isn't an audience of any type.
You can become the protagonist, the hero, of your own story today. You can truly be the individual that decided that fear was no longer going to govern them and that they would stop at nothing to bring their gifts to the people around them. You can do that. That really is truly a definite possibility. There is no reason in the world why you can't. The only thing truly preventing you from doing this are the excuses you create in this moment. Giant impacts can be created by those who believe excusees are trivial.
But how?
You need to believe in the soft whispers that make it clear that things are possible. Because they are. Yes, many have to conquer major odds to be put into a position to see that day...but it's not impossible. Unlikely to the onlooker...yes. Impossible. No.
Make the choice today to turn it all around. You can absolutely be your own hero. Now start acting like one.
