Intuitive Dream Reader And Dream Interpretation

By Pamela Kennedy

Whether an individual recognizes having psychic abilities or otherwise, there are some ways to expand intuition in order to obtain guidance along the path of life. One way in which to do so can be by learning how to become an intuitive dream reader. For, what many people do not realize is that there are no psychic powers necessary when it comes to interpreting dreams.

In addition, as dreams often reveal information buried deep within the subconscious, some often hold prophecies and clues which can deeply enhance daily life. Whereas, our spirit and intuition guides are more likely to appear in dreams so as to not have to deal with rational minds and egos when relaying a message. As such, dreams can often contain important guidance and messages from these guides, during REM sleep.

Learning how to interpret dreams often begins by keeping a night time journal. For, when individuals can record as much information about a dream as possible when first awake, it can be easier to comprehend the details at a later date. Most often, those whom keep this type of journal do so by keeping a blank one next to the bed. While important to write down any details immediately, individuals also need to add additional information as remembered on an ongoing basis.

When keeping a journal, it is important to reflect as much information about the dream and how the events effected feelings and emotions. For, as dreams are symbolic the intuitive meanings behind them can often be as, if not more important than the dream itself.

If not fond of hand writing, individuals can always use a voice recorder, or type out information on a laptop or smart phone. The main point is to record as many details as possible in any method possible which will allow the individual to review the information at a later date. For, in order to fully comprehend and interpret a dream, having a record of the details and events which occurred is essential in being able to do so.

In some cases, these events and experiences can assist individuals in daily life. In addition, when individuals can set intention before falling asleep, there are some cases where dreams can be used to answer specific questions or provide guidance on a particular topic. While this is the case, using a repetitive mantra or meditating in relation to the desired outcome can often be beneficial when doing so.

Some of the best resources for exploring dreams are the numerous publications which contain associated meanings and symbols. While there are a number of different animals, objects, themes and other information, most are unique to each individual. For example, if an individual is reminded of a person when seeing a beautiful scene in a dream, this could indicate the individual is trying to communicate during sleep.

Ultimately, anyone wishing to unlock and interpret the meaning of dreams need pay close attention to metaphors and symbols and how those relate to daily life. For, in doing so, it can often be easier to understand the meanings and messages in dreams. If the message lacks clarity, simply stay aware and open to receiving the meaning behind the dream in order to gain a better understanding of the dream over time.
