Originally, only one churches run the Christian fraternity. However with time idealistic minds came into the picture and these made people to rethink their ways. They challenged the olden ways and beliefs and this create sides. The followers of catholic ways and the Protestants, these two sides came as a result of separate ideas. Even after this separation, the Protestants were still at loggerheads within themselves. This led to a break up and formation of ways of non denominational church in Houston.

This is basically a Christian section that does not to subscribe to the formulated ways of the other Christians. They believe in free will and a right to express views as long as they are biblical. The ways used by this society start and stop exactly where the bible does. Any supplementary theories compiled by any religious philosopher as the case may be are considered in applicable in this sect.

There is a very simple establishment and the organization does not require much as well. These people live basic and peaceful life styles. The leadership styles that they adhere to are strictly those indicated on the holy book. In Houston, such community establishments are copious. To totally get their ways though, a deep and critical observation is necessary.

This church subscribes to the leadership ways in Genesis. The top leadership chain are the elders. These are the most seasoned members of society. They have lived several generations and have vast knowledge and understanding of the way of God. At the middle of that hierarchy are the deacons, who are the elites of this organization. There responsibilities are defined by the elders. Finally, comes the staff which comprises of ministers.

The ultimate leadership is the hands of elders. They are charged with the making of crucial decisions for the worship place. The decisions relating to utility and allocation of resources on society is in the hands of these highly decorated elders. Also they are responsible for general stewardship of facilities collected from the offerings and the tithe.

The administrative staff of churches is responsible for the smooth running of the church. They are charged with the repetitive routines of an organization. The activities that are done on a daily basis are catered for by this administrative body. In large communities, a business manager is selected to manage the financial affairs of the society.

For a religious setting, it is of paramount importance that the new generations are taught the way forward. This is in order to ensure continuity in information flow. Bible study lessons are a very crucial aspect of this organization. In these churches, this role is strictly left to the ministers. They work under the eyes of elders however.

The disciplines that are taught here are as profound as they are essential. These are basically the dogmas in the bible and the characters themselves. At times they also learn about solving earthly problems minus turning away from God.
